What Training With Trace Terry Looks Like

I provide professional-level soccer training for players 8 years old and up who want to improve their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. My sessions are designed to challenge players in a competitive and focused environment, whether it’s one-on-one, in a small group, or with an entire team.

Training with me focuses on technical skill development, decision-making, movement off the ball, finishing, and building a strong mindset. Every session is tailored to the player’s ability and goals so that they leave feeling more confident, capable, and ready to perform at the next level.

My vision for the future is to create a training program that goes beyond developing skills on the field. I want to build an environment where athletes can grow technically, mentally, and physically while developing a love for the game.

Over time, I see this program evolving into a larger performance and fitness brand, providing professional-level training not just for soccer players but for athletes across multiple sports. I want to create opportunities for athletes to reach higher levels of competition, build confidence, and develop the mindset needed to succeed both on and off the field.

Ultimately, my vision is to make high-quality, results-driven training accessible, helping athletes improve fast, stay motivated, and enjoy the process of becoming stronger, faster, and smarter in their sport. I want this to be more than just training — I want it to be a place where athletes are challenged, inspired, and supported every step of the way.

Types of Training

Small Group Sessions
$40.00

Small group sessions are designed for players who want high-level training in a competitive and focused environment. Training with a small number of athletes allows for individual coaching while still creating game-like situations that push players to improve.

Sessions focus on technical development, decision-making, movement off the ball, and finishing. Players will be challenged through competitive drills that replicate real match situations and help build confidence on the field.

Training in a small group also creates accountability and competition, allowing players to push each other while still receiving personalized feedback throughout the session.

Small Group Sessions will consist of 4-12 players offering at $40 per player.

Individual Sessions
$65.00

Individual sessions provide players with the most focused and personalized training experience. These one-on-one sessions are designed to target specific areas of a player’s game and accelerate development through detailed coaching and repetition.

Each session is tailored to the player’s position, skill level, and goals. Training focuses on improving technical ability, confidence on the ball, and the small details that make a difference during matches.

With direct feedback and individualized drills, players are able to train at a high intensity while developing the habits and mindset needed to succeed at higher levels of the game.
